If you have been sent this link by a current race team member, and are interested in joining the revolution, please fill out the application below.

As part of the Race team, you agree to the following:

• Represent Revolution racing team by wearing at least the jersey team at events.
• Sign the Signature of Release (Liability).
• Pay yearly club dues = $35/year.
• Volunteer at the Tour De Frankemuth (Memorial Day Weekend).
• Be available to volunteer or provide support for other club events.
• Complete a Race Resume and sign a Team Contract (given to accepted members).
